This is the 3rd time I’ve used Claire’s candy castle hire
& the 3rd time they did not disappoint

On every occasion they have been on time, professional, reliable & made planning a party so much easier.

This time round the time I chose wasn’t convenient for them so at no extra cost allowed me to have the castle a whole day earlier.
What a lovely gesture!

Chris came to set up and was professional, polite & very funny.
He was lovely towards my 2 year old who was so excited to see his dinosaur castle in the garden.

Communication is unmatched, and puts you at ease with fast response and reassuring you won’t have to worry on the day with pre drop off messages to confirm times and addresses.

You will always be my go to bouncy castle hire & with the rising cost of living I wish you a successful business over the next few months

Claires Candy Castles was brilliant from start to finish. The website is clear and easy to use, also very quick to return messages querying things. On the day the set up was brilliant, arrived early and got on with what they needed to do and instructions were great for using the slush machine and popcorn machine which were a huge hit with the party guests. Great price too. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to book through them; we certainly will be.

I had the soft play and jungle bouncy castle for a 1st birthday party, the communication from ordering to delivery was brilliant, it is a great deal with a brilliant service, the soft play was a big hit with the little ones, as was the castle with the older ones, I was really pleased with the service and would recommend to anyone. I will definitely be using clairs again.

I can honestly say you won’t find a better company to provide entertainment & catering for your event, whether it’s a children’s party or a grown up event. I’ve used them for many different occasions over the years & recommended them to numerous friends & family as you are always guaranteed to get professional, friendly & efficient service & high quality products at a fantastic price. We’ve hired candy floss machines, popcorn machines, the hotdog roller, the potato oven, children’s soft play equipment, bouncy castles, fete games (coconut shy etc.) chair covers & 4ft light up letters, all of which have been perfect. Claire & Chris are just the nicest people to deal with & by using them you’re supporting an independent family business. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would!! Thank you once again.

I found this company through Facebook when looking for a bouncy castle for my sons 1st birthday. I sent an enquiry and got a fast response. I booked it months in advance and had great communication from then on. The bouncy castle was very well priced. On the day the 2 men that came to deliver it was lovely. They asked about the party and as leaving wished us a good day! They was so brilliant with times and as they knew the party finished at 4, arrived at 415 to collect so no awkward putting down whilst people leaving. All over fantastic experience will deffo use these again! & highly recommend!

JUST WANTED TO SAY I CARNT THANK AND PRAISE CLAIRES CANDY HIRE! WE WERE RECOMMENDED BY FAMILY, THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE OUR ENGAGEMENT SO SPECIAL!! NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE!
WE HIRED CHAIR COVERS, CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN AND SWEET CART! HER HUSBAND CAME AND NOT ONLY DROP CHAIR COVERS OFF FIRST, HE STAYED AMD HELPED PUT 100 COVERS ON!
THEN RETURNED TO SET UP CANDY CART AND FOUNTAIN!! OMG WE WERE OVERWHELMED BY THERE KINDNESS AND HELP!! BEST SERVICE I HAVE SVER HAD!! AND THE FINISHING TOUCHES WE GOT AN ENGAGEMENT BALLOON AND TOLD CLAIRE MY COLOR SCHEME AND SHE MATCHED THE CART, THANK-YOU SOOOOO MUCH AND WILL RECOMMEND YOU TO EVERYONE 💝😘5+++++

My sister booked the chocolate fountain for my mum's surprise 60th birthday party and it was perfect! The five tier fountain and large beautiful surround with all the dips certainly added extravagance and the wow factor to the party. Very good value and all the guests loved it. The owners/team were absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to deal with, very flexible & accommodating and very friendly & professional - overall an excellent service. I have had a bouncy castle and popcorn machine from Claire for the past 3 years. This time I had a softplay set and also candy floss machine. I can't thank Claire and Chris enough for all the setting up my the service they give. I will defiantly sing them again next year! Thank you once again
