**Delivery Policy**
The cost of delivery to a specific area will be provided when you select that area. We may also be able to deliver outside the areas listed on our website. If you're located outside these areas, please contact us to see if we can assist you.
Our current delivery areas include Leicestershire, but please reach out if you are located further away.
If we are unable to fulfill your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness, or any other unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process. Please note that the price quoted is for same-day hire only, not overnight, and deliveries must be completed by our last collection time, which is 8 PM.
**Hire**
Please ensure there is adequate space for our products and that the location where the products will be set up is accessible. Additionally, the area should be clear of any mess or debris. We regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to insufficient space, lack of accessibility, or an inappropriate location.
For the hire of bouncy castles, soft play equipment, or machines that are not time-limited, the hire includes one delivery for the entire day. You are not restricted to just 2-3 hours; you can keep the items for as long as you require without any extra charge. The price remains the same whether you hire for 1 hour or all day, subject to outdoor hire conditions, including weather and lighting, as well as other delivery and collection commitments.
**Weather Policy**
Any outdoor hire is subject to weather and lighting conditions. In cases of high winds over 24 mph, heavy rain, or low light, health and safety regulations may prevent us from proceeding with the hire. If we believe this may be an issue, we will contact you before the hire time to discuss your options.
**Please Note** We recommend hiring a venue from September to March to avoid any potential disappointments!
